By accessing or using IdeaForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RouteForged ("we," "us," or "our"), the company that operates IdeaForge. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

IdeaForge is a subscription-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform designed to help solopreneurs and small teams capture, research, and validate business ideas. The Service includes:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@routeforged.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts using automated methods. One account per person unless you are managing a team workspace.

IdeaForge is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually depending on the plan you select. A valid credit card is required to start a free trial or activate a paid subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which may be added based on your location.

New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial of IdeaForge. A valid credit card is required to start your trial, but you will not be charged during the trial period.

At the end of the 14-day trial, your subscription will automatically convert to the paid plan you selected. If you do not wish to be charged, you must cancel before the trial ends.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free trial offers at any time. Trial eligibility is limited to one trial per person or organization.

You agree to use IdeaForge only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

IdeaForge, its platform, design, code, and all associated technology are owned by RouteForged and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written consent.

You retain full ownership of the ideas, content, and data you input into IdeaForge. By using the Service, you grant RouteForged a limited license to process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership of your ideas.

AI-generated research and Market Blueprints are provided as tools to assist your thinking. You are responsible for evaluating and validating any output before acting on it.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party data surfaced through automated research features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ROUTEFORGED AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
